How many courses do you typically serve?
Restoroma OS ("the Service") is a cloud-based restaurant management platform providing QR-code ordering, kitchen display, waiter management, and reporting tools. By registering, you agree to these Terms in full.
All new accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required during the trial period. Trial accounts are limited to 7 tables. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial days do not carry over.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Additional tables beyond your plan allowance are charged at £10 per table per month, billed with your annual renewal. Invoices are issued by email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable law.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with operating a genuine food or beverage business. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload (menu items, images, descriptions). By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to use all uploaded content.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay after a grace period, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We collect information you provide during registration: restaurant name, owner name, email address, city, and account credentials. We also collect operational data generated through use of the Service, including order records, menu items, and usage logs.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No third-party cookies are set by the Service.
Order data (table number, items ordered, payment status) is stored in your restaurant's database and is accessible only to your account. Customers are not required to create accounts; their orders are associated with a table number only.
Your account data is retained for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days after cancellation, during which you may request a data export. Order history is retained for 12 months by default.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to processing; request portability of your data; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@restoromaos.com.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We perform regular security reviews and apply updates promptly.
The Service is intended for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
